5 Budget Friendly Beauty Buys

Budget Friendly Buys

There's nothing better than finding a beauty product that does it's job, whilst not breaking your bank balance in order to do so. Here are 5 beauty bits that I've been loving recently, all costing less than £7 each - perfect for those on a budget...
Budget Friendly Buys

No7 Precision Lips Pencil in Nude, £6.75 (or £3.75 with voucher)
I'm constantly collecting No7 vouchers in Boots which usually end up stacking in my purse and expire before I even get a chance to consider using them. This month, I decided to put them to use after seeing this lip liner featured on That Grace Girl. I have to be honest here and say that I have NEVER tried a lip liner before. I always thought they would be tricky to apply and I'd end up looking like a bit of a clown. However, I was amazed at how easy they are to work with and how much they can transform your lips - I now understand why Kylie Jenner is a convert! This only ended up costing £3.75 with my voucher and I can soon see it becoming a staple in my make up bag. It's just the perfect nude shade that would go with so many different lipsticks - I can't wait to try out more No7 lip liners as the quality is great for the price!

W7 GO Corrective Concealer*, £2.49
I've been looking to try out a colour correcting concealer for a while now as I often get red patches around my nose that normal concealer just doesn't seem to cover. So when I was sent this little pot by W7 I was very excited to give it a go. I was a bit put off with just how yellow it looks but I can assure it doesn't look this colour once rubbed in! It's got a great creamy texture, rubs in really easily and does a good job of hiding those pesky red patches.

Lush Popcorn Lip Scrub, £5.50
Whenever my lips are chapped, I always turn to my Lush lip scrub. This little pot of goodness is such a saviour when it comes to getting rid of those flaky bits of skin that vaseline just doesn't seem to shift. It's worth every penny as there's not really anything else like it on the market, it lasts ages and it smells (and tastes) delicious!

Soap & Glory Supercat Eyeliner Pen, £6
Me and eyeliner don't get on. I wish I could be one of those girls that can rock winged liner on a daily basis but it just ain't happening. So when I do want to make a bit of extra effort in the eye area, I need a liner that is super easy to use - this is where Supercat steps in. It's basically like a felt tip pen and, with a steady hand, you can't really go wrong with it. It comes out really black too and stays put all day - this is more than worth it's £6 price tag as I prefer it to any other eyeliner I've used before (including ones that are about three times pricier!)

W7 Loads of Lashes*, £3.91
I'm not a fan of false lashes AT ALL. Although I think they look great on some people, I just can't seem to pull them off. The glue smells, they're a faff to stick on and I feel like I blink about 10x more often whilst wearing them. So when I was sent this product by W7, I was intrigued to say the least. "False lashes without the fuss" is the slogan and this basically sums up what this nifty little product does. You'd be fooled into thinking this was just an ordinary mascara with it's black tube and wand applicator but it actually contains lots of little fibres which you apply after your mascara - and then seal with another layer of mascara. It may not add as much volume as false lashes but it does add a little extra length to your lashes in a matter of seconds which is great if, like me, you want a faff-free alternative to falsies.
