DIY Healthy Berry Yoghurt Frappucino

If you follow me on Instagram (and if you don't you totally should here, ahem) then you'll know I have a slight obsession with Starbucks. The red berry yoghurt frappucino is my latest love but I realised I could probably make something similar at home that's half the calories and far cheaper...

All you need for this is 4-5 ingredients. It's basically a glorified smoothie. But if it curbs the Starbs addiction then it's a winner in my eyes.
What you'll need
About 100g frozen berries (I use a summer fruits mix but use whatever you wish)
5-6 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
2 teaspoons of milk
Teaspoon of sugar
Teaspoon of honey (optional)
What to do
Literally all you need to do is shove all of the above in a blender (I use the Breville Blend Active which is probs my best purchase of 2015 as of yet) and blend until nice and smooth.
Make sure you use frozen berries otherwise it won't be all icy and cold like a frappucino. You could use blended ice and non frozen berries though if you want it to be super icy and you've got the time and patience.

Now pour into a glass and enjoy! The sugar and/or honey makes the drink sweet like a frappucino - but not to the point where you're consuming your entire days sugar allowance in one go - and the fruit counts as one of your five a day so you can feel super smug whilst drinking this tasty treat.

Will you be trying this out? What's your fave thing to drink in summer?
