H&M Home Wishlist

Hello! Happy hump day and all that. I said in a post last week (Where do I want my blog to go?) that I definitely want to focus on homeware a lot more on here so, here I am, with a H&M home wishlist! H&M is one of my favourite places to shop for homeware. My only grumble is that there isn't one anywhere near me so I can only do it online which means I end up returning about half of the things I buy, sigh. But, they still have some great pieces at really affordable prices. Here's a few things I've got my eye on at the moment...

1. Monochrome cushion cover, £3.99.
I literally buy new cushions all the time. It's a bit of a problem. But I just feel like they're such an easy way to add a bit of colour and pattern to a plain sofa. I always feel really bad getting rid of perfectly fine cushions, though, just because I've gone off the pattern so I like the fact H&M sell the covers, separately. All cushions tend to be around the same size anyway so it makes sense to just buy a new cover when you fancy a change. These are only £3.99 each, too so much cheaper than paying £10+ for one that includes a cushion - that you don't really need.

2. 'Standard goods' storage basket, £7.99.
Because can you ever have too much storage? I think not. I love this industrial looking basket and think it would be perfect for storing towels in - I'm currently using a floral one that I've had since uni and I'm definitely feeling a more mature upgrade!

3. Grey wooden box, £9.99.
I mean, lets be honest here, you know you've hit the peak of being an adult when you get excited over a wooden box. But it's cute though. I basically want this box to put my utensils in. And I'm just gonna stop talking now before I bore you all to death...

4. 'Ambience' candle, £3.99.
I'm a candle obsessive. I just love how pretty they look and I love having one lit at all times. I like the minimalist look of this one, although it'll probably be more of an 'on show' candle than one that I actually burn. Yes, I'm that kind of person.

5. Pineapple candle, £4.99
Oh, look - another candle. This one is such a 'blogger cliche', I know, but I just love the whole pineapple trend.

6. Scented candle in tree box, £4.99.
And, one more candle! I really like the spring/summer feel of this one so it will be a great 'seasonal addition' when we start to say goodbye to winter.

7. Monochrome coasters, £1.99.
These coasters are such a bargain for £1.99! I love the monochrome look and you can never have too many coasters, right?

8. Small silver wire basket, £7.99.
I've seen so many people with the copper version of this basket, on the bloggersphere, but although I LOVE the copper trend - silver is much more suited to the colours in my flat (plus copper has sold out so, there's that.) I think this would be great to have on the side of my bath to keep shower gels and shampoos together. There's nothing I hate more than a cluttered bath and mine is definitely not looking great, at the moment.

9. Dark grey cushion cover, £3.99.
I'm stuck between the top cushion cover and this one. This one is more of a dark grey colour than plain black so it might go a bit better with my colour scheme. Either way, they're both gorgeous and so worth their small price tag. Maybe I'll just get both...?

What homeware bits have you got your eye on at the moment? Are you a fan of H&M home?
